This is an updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in SEP school district but in Des Moines. Great location close to all the shopping in Altoona. Lots of new stuff in this home. New flooring, new countertops, new washer and dryer. This home features a very large kitchen with sliding glass doors onto the deck. Lots of room for a large table. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings give a spacious feel. It also has a nice size family room. An attached 2 car garage makes it possible to come home in the rain and never get wet. The garage is oversized to allow for lots of extra storage, workshop, motorcycle, a small boat, etc. Garage also wired with 220 for those that might need it. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom.
