"I've lived in East spring Street for year's, it's on a main thoroughfare, a lot of wrecks, semi high crime neighborhood, during the day it's great, you can walk, but the street has a lot of drug activity and theft issues "

"Theres a walking track to walk your dog at. Or use the track to walk or take a good run. You have to walk them on a leash and they have to be tagged."

"There are nice paved sidewalks for taking the dogs for walks. Many neighbors own dogs. They are all kept indoors. When dogs are taken for walks, their owners clean up after them."
