Our children love this school. The faculty and staff are supportive of students and parents. There is a strong culture of bolstering emotional intelligence in children, as well as traditional education. There is a very active Parents In Education booster group that hosts regular, family friendly fundraisers, encouraging community engagement and fun! Our children have adored their teachers and we have really appreciated how invested they are in giving our kids a great education.

"This is a fantastic neighborhood. Everyone will get together for cookouts and all the kids are good friends. Winterport is only 10 minutes from Bangor without the noise, and it's in the Hampden school district without the taxes! This is a terrific place for a growing family!"
