Two side by side car parking in the driveway adjacent to the house. Terrific location for commuters and not far from Vinnin Square and the beach! No smoking or pets permitted- no exceptions. Utilities not included in rental amount. All applicants must fill out an online application through a third party which Coldwell Banker uses; this requires a non-refundable fee. No showings Aug 14-16, 23-24. Listing agent will be trying to group showings.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities except for water. Landlord will cover landscaping and snow removal. Washing machine is in the kitchen and the Dryer is in the basement.
