**Offer Deadline 1pm Sunday** Waterfront and townhome are not two words that we get to slap together often in our marketing. But here we are, standing on the rear deck of 30 Ebbing Court, staring at the water from the large rear deck, admiring the view!! This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is ready for your furniture and nothing else. The owner has already slapped the finishing touches on this bad boy from the neutral colored paints throughout to replacing some flooring and having the carpets (only on the stairs) cleaned/replaced. As you enter through the front door with transient glass, the oak colored wood laminate flooring flows through the main level family room, butting up against the 18" ceramic tile flooring in the open kitchen. With lots of cabinet space and plenty of room in the kitchen for a large dining room table, you can leave any partial space in the family room for gatherings around the TV rather than an extra dining room table. The gleaming black appliances look sharp in contrast to the countertops and kitchen cabinets. The basement is finished open space with a rear sliding glass door that leads out to the your corner lot waterfront property. Though the water isn't particularly accessible - don't fret - the homeowners have access to a pier with locked gate where each slip has water/power. Said boat slips can handle up to a 35 ft boat and carry an annual fee. SLIPS ARE AVAILABLE TO HOMEOWNERS ONLY! The slips are located at Mariners Cove. The marina also offers a clubhouse and pool but ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO SLIPS, CLUBHOUSE, MARINA IN GENERAL IS TO BE VERIFIED BY THE BUYERS AND THEIR REALTOR. We make NO representations/guarantees to the water/marina based information, though the seller is in the process of researching accordingly. Stop by today to check out Ebbing Court before it SAILS AWAY to another buyer(s)!!!

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI've been to over 5 schools throughout my life, and this one was truly the harshest and worst experience I've had. Underqualified teachers. Over authoritative administrators.Student Review4y ago - Deep Creek Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI really don’t recommend this school for any child. In this school teachers just assume things without looking for proof, my friend went to get water and the principal said that she was skipping without even looking at her pass when it literally said where she went. This school also has a lot of fights, and sometimes the teachers do nothing but tell them to stop.children at this school smoke , and do things that they should not be doing at this age like drugs etc . Some of the bathroom doors don’t lock and the bathrooms are really dirty. Some teachers know that their students aren’t paying attention to the lesson because their on phones, talking, or walking around but they chose not to tell the students to pay attention or make sure they are learning . People at this school bully and fight others for something really stupid, a lot of people say Racist things to other students, a lot of people here don’t care for others and how they might feel, I hope this school will get better for children in the future.Student Review5mo ago - Mars Estates Elementary School

"it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "
