8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has been nothing but trouble since day 1. They dont have enough food to feed the kids that go there. Kids have 4 mins to eat lunch because of the bad design an time management throughout the day. If you have a problem they will ignore you an not do anything. They lie, but they make sure athletes are taken care of. Construction worker hanging outside girls locker room while they change clothes. Just dont put your kid in this school unless you want to hear everyday of some other issue they wont fix an then send emails mocking those who stand up for their kidsParent Review8mo ago27 Reviews - Richmond Hill Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a student here who pursued homeschool in order to preserve my mental health, or, well, whatever was left of it. It is immensely overcrowded. I was bullied a massive amount and the bathrooms are horrible. My teacher did absolutely nothing about the mass bullying aimed at me. It was common knowledge I was bullied a ton, and most of the bullying was done by the popular group. I doubt the admins care, as when I was on the principal advisory committee (PAC) we discussed lockers, lunch times, but nothing about mental health or bullying. I wasn't a very active member due to me trying to not burst out all my complaints, but I certainly observed the system. They are a ""STEM"" school. What that means is that everything is overcomplicated now and its an excuse to get more state funding. There are two bathrooms per hall, with each one having 4 urinals and 3 stalls. They use securelypass, which means if you can't hold it for like two hours of waiting for an opening, you're out of luck. My classes were 29 to 32 kids each and the hallways are like those stock photos of massive crowds climbing on top of each other. There is no recess or break time or whatever. Trash school, stay a solid mile away for your sanity.Other Review1mo ago39 Reviews - McAllister Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe only reason I rate this school with 2 stars is because when we moved to the area back in 2016 it really was an excellent school, offering quality education and healthy environment for the kids. We got lucky having that for our older child. Not so much now with the younger one. Since the old principal moved to RHHS, there is a drastic decline in education quality. Good teachers with experience are few and far in between. Bullying is ever present - from both teachers and other children. Kids are "punished" by methods that seem to be taken right out of Medieval Times. Running laps in the scorching heat, eating lunch in the hallways, endless repetition for the entire class if one kid is not paying attention, name it, it is probably done. We are talking about very young children here. How is this in any shape or form formative, educational or teaches anything to a 6 year old? We are talking about negligible infractions like asking to borrow a pencil from a classmate. Homework has been non-existent from first to third grade. Inadequate or complete lack of feedback. If you don't spend time with your child at home to teach them to read for example, you can forget they will learn in the classroom without attending additional classes. Teachers are hired right out of college, inexperienced, sharing personal inappropriate information with the kids on regular basis. Kids are yelled at and harshly disciplined by teachers who do not understand the concept of education and treat the classroom as a personal space instead of a place where they have the ultimate power to shape kids minds. The school is going from bad to worse and the principal doesn't seem to have a grasp on how to improve current conditions. If you can send you child to a private school, this may be a better choice.Parent Review1y ago16 Reviews - Check out schools near 30 Cane Patch Ln.

"I hate 95 and 16 both ways. especially since they cut down the trees. it's also terribly though the exits cause accidents and roll overs all the time. exit 87 needs to be extended and doubled. it's a dangerous area at rush hour. "
