The two bedrooms each with a queen size bed are situated in the back of the condo; either one could easily be adapted for a home office. The full bath complete with a jet tub is near the bedrooms and there is a half bath off the front hallway. A laundry room with washer and dryer completes the space. There are two other units in the building. There is a paved driveway with two designated back to back parking spots and a small garden to enjoy the outdoors. All utilities are included with a cap of $200 per month. No linens or towels provided. No Smokers, No Pets. A wonderful retreat from a busy world to enjoy Bristol.
