    "My family has lived here since the 1950’s. We live in the middle of one of the most desirable areas, close to parks and bars are close enough to walk to. We are blocks away from historic downtown. There are so many restaurants and entertainment venues within minutes. We also have multiple sports arenas college and s Emil do baseball within walking distance. The most impoything is we have a Mix of races and socioeconomic levels , we live together peaceably to make a great neighborhood."
