Smaller electric Dryer in unit due to space avaiable next to washer in apartment.

Utilities included in monthly rent. Security deposit equal to monthly rent is required. 6-month lease term for initial lease. Background check and references needed during application process. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and maintaining entrance way is clear as well as cost of garbage removal (special bags required in Bath that must be purchased by tenant). Free parking for one vehicle in lot across from Apartment that is visible from unit. No pets (or with permission), and no smoking inside apartment. Smoking permitted outside anywhere with care of disposal of ash, etc. Apartment is on second floor of 4-unit house and does has walk-up stairs to enter with a tight turn at top.
