5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe transferred in to this school in January 2024 coming from a private school that was severely lacking in discipline and action on bullying. Middle Road has been a wonderful change in our sons education. He was met with support, guidance and love from his teacher, the principal and his counselor. The transition in the middle of the school year was a bit difficult for our son. He thrived when it was very clear, daily that his teacher cared only about his well being and doing his best. In addition, his counselor was very supportive helping with challenges a new school can bring. The entire team at the school, including the students helped him feel welcome and at home. In 2 months time his reading level improved to his grade level and beginning to reach his next grade. This can only happen with the support of teachers and administration that set the example they want the kids to learn. In addition, the PTA goes above and beyond to make assist with making learning fun and engaging for all students and show our teachers support. Happiest family to have transferred here from a private school that truly was not interested in the well being of the children.
