Looking for a quiet rural place to live that is just a hop skip and a jump away from restaurants, schools, grocery stores, and highways? This beautiful one story ranch with vaulted ceilings has large atrium style windows above a walk out basement in the back over looking lush dense trees as it sits on a 3.46 acre lot. This lovely ranch has a large over sized three car garage attached to the house. In front of the large bay window is an adorable little bridge that takes you across the landscape to the front door. Upon entering you will find yourself in a sweet little entry way that leads into a large, sunken living room with a massive wood burning fireplace. This house has a long center hall plan. At one end you will find a grand master bedroom with a walk in closet, linen closet, double vanity sink and a full bath with both a tub and separate shower. Follow the hall in the other direction and you will pass a quant office with a wall of built in bookcases and a sturdy wooden desk. Just a little further you will be in a large kitchen that has a walk in pantry, large island with a stove/griddle in it, double ovens, large built in kitchen table, a door to the back deck, and many cabinets. Behind the kitchen you will find an open four seasons room surrounded in glass windows and a breakfast nook that looks into the kitchen. Across from the kitchen is a gorgeous dinning area separated by a half wall. Here you can easily sit 8 people and look out front through the beautiful bay window over looking a large meadow. At the end of the long hallway you will find an oversized laundry room with built in shelves and cabinets on one side. Across the hall has a half bath and another small office. As you approach the four seasons room there is an open staircase that leads to a finished basement. The bottom of the stairs opens up to a large living area with a door to take you to the spacious backyard. In this living area is a magnificent wet bar with room for a full size fridge. Across from the wet bar is more space to use as a game room or sitting area. The four remaining bedrooms and two full bathrooms are also downstairs. One side of the basement hosts two bedrooms and one bathroom wile the other side has a Jack and Jill bedroom with the second bathroom between them. Also hiding in the basement is a small finished space that could serve as a workout room as well as an unfinished section.

You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
