9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe district's reputation has progressed from excellent to best. Most reviews reflect parents who value academics. A select few expect the schools to raise their children. If you're one of those parents, then this school is not for you. The district has veered off course slightly with some mandated SEL (which this website and the state pushes) and some ideological intrusion in the high school (corroborated with input from another parent). My daughter's class holds meetings where teachers untrained in therapy encourage kids to reveal personal information to the class. Thankfully we have no family drama, but my daughter has shared with me private ancectodotes about classmates whose parents might not be happy to learn that their kids are revealing. Hopefully the school will course correct. Overall, I am happy with Jericho's continued commitment to academic learning.Parent Review2y ago
