"It’s just like a big city. With the exception of a couple of houses , the neighbors don’t care about anyone else. They disturb others and act as if it doesn’t matter. They can be foul mouth, rude, be disrespectful and completely devoid of common decency around neighbors. In a word this is not an appropriate neighborhood to raise children to have manners and be kind to others."

"Neighbor hood watch program. We watch out for each other’s house or vehicles or anytyelse that is suspicious looking whether it is people places or things that may not look right. We will let that neighbor know who came by while they were gone"
