It is the applicants responsibility to double check they have submitted required documents for processing. Please have tenant contact lease underwriting for updates, not listing agent. Tenant Selection Criteria- Owner will consider credit history and scores (evictions, multiple bankruptcies, utility collections, repos, auto charge offs - will not be accepted) Income (must be documented three times monthly rent), Employment history, rental history, and references. All applicants must upload with application 3 months' pay stubs. When multiple applications are received, soonest available move in date and length of lease term will also be considered factors when choosing applicants. Owner reserves right to request proof of last 6 rental payments for rental ref verification.
