The property is fenced, and there's a gate. There was once a small horse ranch here that had as many as 25 animals at a time. The soil is all rich loam, with the volcanic native soil amended by years of organic material. It's very near to Black Butte School (K-8), and is in the district of highly regarded Foothill High School. Birds sing and the wind whistles gently through the trees of this unique parcel. It would be great as-is for a Summer getaway home, or you could use the structures in place to live in while building a dream chalet that takes full advantage of this great site.
