Description

Wonderful neighborhood within a great school district (SW elementary). Peaceford Meadows has a community pool and a great HOA. Very open floor plan with an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The house also has a very large loft at the top of the stairs with plenty of space for an additional living area. There is attached deck (length of house) that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. A new roof was put on the house in 2019 and the AC units were also replaced several years ago. The back yard is fenced. There is a pull-down attic, but extra storage has been added in garage and above the garage (walk in door entrance in 5th bedroom). This is a great family neighborhood, and the north High Point location area is very convenient to anywhere in the Triad.
