NOTE Cabin is NOT near PLACERVILLE nor LAKE TAHOE. This is NOT a party cabin, no drugs, no smoking. Hello, We are looking for the right family to rent our family cabin year-round. Cabin is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, open kitchen/dining/living room area. There is forced heat (managed by propane tank) and a wood burning stove heats up the cabin very well. Tenants must have knowledge and experience living in the mountains and snow. Winters can be rough in this part of the country. Please note that the cabin does NOT come furnished. All furniture seen in the photos have been removed. Layout of the cabin:
1st Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and full bath.
2nd Floor: 3 bedrooms and full bath are located on the 2nd floor. Absolutely no smoking. Move-in cost:
Rent: $1,450 (first months rent)
Security Deposit: $1,450 Landlord will pay $50/month towards the water bill, and will be paid directly to Cold Springs Water Dept. Tenant is responsible for the balance of the water bill and all other utilities, i.e. electrical, propane, garbage, snow plowing and wood for stove. No pets: Sadly we have had issues with dogs with our last several renters, so at this time, we are not considering pets. The Cold Springs community is amazing and one that looks out for each other. Most of the residence in Cold Springs have been together for many many years and they aren't shy to share if something wrongful is taking place. If you think this location is a fit for you and your lifestyle, please let us hear from you. Our current tenants are estimated to vacate near August 15, 2019, so we are guessing the cabin will be move in ready on September 1st. Note: The owners of the cabin are based in Ohio but we do have a local resident, respected member of the community, who will interview all applicants. Applicants will be required to fill out a rental application and pass a background check (at the renters expense). Thanks for looking,
