The basement is partially finished with washer/dryer, a cedar closet, spacious room/storage and a full bath. There is a one car attached garage with an epoxy floor. Amenities include a clubhouse and a swimming pool just across the street. Fantastic Troy location close to dinning, shopping and transportation.

Water is included. Renters pay for gas, electricity and wifi services. No smoking allowed inside the condo. Renters will follow the condo rules and regulations. If penalty is incurred during the stay, the renter will be charged the full amount that the landlord will get from the HOA. Renters will be responsible to change light bulbs if needed during their stay. Only major repairs will be reported to the landlord. Renters are assigned a one car attached garage and one additional space close to the driveway. They can also park on the street or on the parking lot by the clubhouse.
