Septic tank (there is no city sewer available). 1/4 mile from Lake Yahola. 1 mile to Mohawk Golf Course. 1.5 miles to Mohawk Zoo. 2 miles to Tulsa Air and Space Museum. 1/4 mile to Tulsa Police Department Gilcrease Division. 1 mile to Tulsa Community College Northside. 3 miles to Tulsa International Airport. There is a substantial forest to the north of property, lending it to numerous wildlife (deer, raccoons, woodchuck, skunks, possum, squirrels, birds, beaver, etc.) The electrical line is a priority line for AEP, since the Tulsa Water Treatment facility is on it (meaning in case of power outage due to weather, this electric is a priority repair for AEP). The backyard is overgrown, and needs some TLC. I cannot do it due to becoming disabled. There is a storm cellar (actually, it is a 1950's bomb shelter- the lid is lead covered) in the backyard, it is usable, and very safe, during a storm. The air vent does need a new cover for it. We require a 90 day window to move out. Purchase is in cash or cashier's check (no personal checks) or title company check (cashier checks and title company checks are subject to verification of funds by me).
