Everyone loves the gazebo in the back yard. It has power, lights and is a great spot to barbecue.
The yard has automated sprinklers and drip system. I have someone who helps with the yard who likely would be glad to continue, if desired. He just comes as needed and is paid by the hour.
If you would like to see the upstairs, that can be arranged most any time since it is unoccupied. If you are interested after that we can make arrangements to see the main floor.
Because of its proximity to Zion and all of the outdoor delights of Southern Utah this is a special property and has the potential for great appreciation over time. I would prefer to keep it, but have decided to sell.
