Rent is $1,200 / month. Deposit is same as one month's rent. Eligible income must be verifiably 3x monthly rent to qualify.

Pets are negotiable at owners' discretion. For any approved pet there is a one-time $250 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $25/month on the rent, per pet.

Tenant is responsible for lawn care (mowing) and snow removal.

Section 8 is not accepted.

If you are interested in seeing the house, there will be an open house showing hosted by the property managers FRIDAY 3/24 at 6:30PM and SATURDAY 3/25 at 2:30PM -- no need to call or contact ahead, just come on by. Park in front, behind, or beside the garage--do not block the driveway.

In the event you want to rent the property, you will fill out a rental application and pay a $50 rental application fee due that day. This will be given back to you if either you are selected or denied as a tenant by property management. In the event you are offered the property to rent, you decide not to rent the property, then the $50 application fee would not be returned in that circumstance.

There will be a signed one-year lease before moving into the property.
