Must fill out an application through Zillow to view this trailer. If you don't, then I'm sorry I can't show to everyone who responds, that would take me weeks. Nice older model mobile home. Has laminate flooring throughout the whole trailer. Recently added more lights to the living room, repainted one of bathroom cabinets, put new laminate flooring in one bedroom, repanelled the whole master bedroom, put up new door to master bathroom, new kitchen sinks, new hot water heater, new porch built on front of trailer with wheelchair ramp, newly painted. Does have washer and dryer hookups but you will be responsible for your own washer and dryer. Does have stainless steel refrigerator and stainless steel self cleaning glass top stove in it. All applications MUST come through Zillow please. Once processed through Zillow then I will be showing the home according to debt/income ratio, credit history, evictions, and criminal history. PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS WANTING TO VIEW IT. THE ONLY ONES THAT I WILL ALLOW TO VIEW THIS TRAILER ARE THE ONES WHO FILLED OUT A ZILLOW RENTAL APPLICATION AND PASSED A BACKGROUND CHECK... Staff are very rude and disengaged, clearly there for a paycheck only! Teachers as well. Used to be a decent school for students to actually get an education, such a shame that they don’t put students first. Personally looking to pull my child from here asap, since becoming aware of the lack of safety and the lack of accountability of the faculty!! This school is extremely unfair with its justice system and favors kids with a bad record over those who are angels if they come up with a good enough excuse, they claim to be inclusive but only pay attention to the white kids and single out everyone else, drama always goes on over here and your child can be THROWN into that drama if their is mentioned EVEN IF THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. They also leave kids with social anxiety behind and it is a hotspot for bullying, please give you and your family a favor and DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!Parent Review9mo ago
