This adorable beach house is located in the highly desirable Silver Strand community. 5 minute walk to Silver Strand beach. 3 minute walk to kiddie beach at Channel Islands.
The home is set up as a two-bedroom, one-bath home with a bonus room. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and full sized closet, the master has an amazon fire TV. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster as well as full-sized range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The bonus room has an optional queen Aero bed if needed.
The living/dining area has a flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick, Nintendo Wii with mario kart and Wii sports, and DVD player. There is Spectrum high-speed Wifi. Feel free to login into your netflix or hulu and stream away. There is a leather couch and love seat with end tables and the dining area has a full dining table with 6 chairs.
The bonus room includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
There is comfortable parking for 2 cars, snug parking for 3 cars. The home is fully-equipped with linens, bath towels, beach towels, starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates etc. There are boogie boards and couple of beach chairs as well.
As you enter the private front courtyard you will find a cafe set ready for mornings with coffee. Enter the home through the dutch door into the spacious living and dining area. Pass the kitchen on your right into the hallway where you will find the bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the backyard where you will find a dining set for 6 with a 9 ft umbrella and a storage shed for your use. There is plenty of room for a small dog in the back yard. There is also a 2-burner Kitchenaid gas grill.
The corner store is a 2-minute walk where you can find almost anything you need. Food, beverages, paper goods, fishing tackle, propane exchange etc. Across the street is the famous Pepe's taco stand as well as Quincy St restaurant and Jetty Surf Cafe.
Enjoy a great beach for beginner surfing, fishing, swimming, and sun bathing. Dogs are welcomed on the beach before 9 and after 5. Launch your kayak in channel islands harbor just 100 yards from the house. There are miles of canals winding through the channel islands harbor. Channel islands sportfishing is a 5-minute walk up the road.
Feel free to bring your bikes, kayaks, and fishing gear (plenty of room in the shed to store them safely). There are jet ski rentals, duffy boat rentals, and kayak rentals nearby and Ventura Harbor and downtown Ventura are just a short drive away.
