2 Bedroom 1 Bath, home built in 1941. Hardwood floors, large windows with a large backyard. Washer and dryer hookups (washer and dryer not included). Refrigerator, stove and microwave will come with the rental property; unless you would like to bring your own. 1 year lease, then after the lease will automatically transfer to month to month with rent being 1,100/mo. Pets welcome.

12 month lease, after 12 month the lease will renew on a month to month basis. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electricity). Renter is responsible for maintenance of front and backyard. $250 pet fee per pet, 2 pets allowed max. Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

    "I grew up in this neighborhood I'm 69yrs old. My grown children lived here for some years of their lives and several grand children also lived here. it is a rough neighborhood and not really safe in the evening hours so walking is not advisable. The city guidelines are the same as the rest of the town. City police patrol more often and have more calls to this area."
