"You can walk your dog, but there are no sidewalks or street lamps. Some neighbors have dogs that are aggressive at the fence. Overall it is a nice country neighborhood."

"My commute is 45 minutes on Hwy 99. I work in Chico. I do not like the commute on the 99. People don’t drive courteously."

"There is really nothing in this neighborhood, however, there is a trunk or treat downtown for the kids on Halloween."

"There’s a great trunk or treating event on Halloween. Christmas includes a celebration downtown with lights and food venues. Very cute. There’s an awesome and fun parade here for the 4th of July. This community is great. I’ve never felt so at home anywhere! "
