With a full main channel views on a protected cove, a dick and a beach, this house with the existing architectural features only needs flooring and your personal touches to be a dream house. The three decks offer spaces for parties to enjoy the lake front life style. The interior has the features such as three living rooms. The main living room has a cathredral ceiling with a floor to ceiling stone woodburnibg fireplace and a wooden ceiling. Tge 2nd living room has a cathredral ceiling with floor to ceiling windows and opens out on a deck with the space fir a rdcessed hot tub. The downstairs living room has a tray ceiling and opens out to a deck the length of the house and leads down to the dock, beach and large deck on the lake for parties swimming, fishing and boating. All three living rooms and one of the two master suites have full main channel views. There is an office and two car garage. I updated it when I bought the house to my taste, but am offering at this extreme bargain so the new owner can change things to fit their personal tastes. The laminate that I put in was defective and part of a class action law suit, so it needs replaced. The up stairs master bath has travertine floors, marble counter tops , floor to ceiling cherry cabinets and a glass block rain shower and main channel lake views. The views alone make this house amazing. but the unique structural amenities make the possibilities endless.

Both of our kids have attended grades 6-8 and I don't know of a better academic team (from the principal down) for middle schoolers. The teachers make learning fun, and invest in the kids' experiences. The administration actively works to keep the school and community connected. It was the launch pad for my oldest's journey to one of SC's Governor's Schools. They hold Parent University sessions/parent nights that educate the parents on topics from mental, academic and emotional/social points of view.
