    "Their a lady name Anna who rent the houses out for her brother.the name of the company is{ MVP CONSTRUCTIONS 2351 Longhorn ST. Dallas,Tx.}Her brother and her are real nice until they get your deposit money.They will keep your deposit and rush you to sign a lease.If you are on section 8 be careful because section 8 dont care about getting your deposit money back.The brother took my money and had a lapband surgery the next day. When i talk to her brother finally he told me i couldnt get my deposit back.He told me over the phone i put to much money into this house you cant get your deposit money back.I let them have that deposit money it was my Husband social security money they rip him off for.I prayed in went my way.I said they must have really needed that money more than we did.This is a lesson learned never deal with lanlords that hand their hands out for money.They dont even sit down and go over the lease with you.When i got my lease she said sign her because my sister got out of jail today and we having her a party.I should have knew something then when she stated that.This was the second has she let me view which was nice had glass cabinets and hard wood floor they did a good job i give them that credit.The first house they showed me was a house across from some drug dealer who kelp breaking in the house.I was like really.Then they showed me 1604 Kilmore St. Dallas Tx 75223 this is the house were i paid the deposit to move.I told her i changed my mind because of the price she said that she couldnt give me my money back.Then i called her brother he stated I'm not going to give you your deposit money back.This was in East Dallas with no school in the area by a freeway and was a duple house.But any way i can go on talking but beware.I hope they enjoyed the money."
