    "There are not many people so walking your dog might be a good exercise most times. Couple that with the sparse population and it could be a treat for most."

There isn’t currently a lot of amenities but new growth is sure to attract them. On the more positive side, there is a low crime rate, minimal traffic, a location not that far from world class venues and the home of some of the nicest people. "
