It's quiet and peaceful, with a welcoming porch, back deck, and very spacious back yard. This is a family-oriented neighborhood and our goal is to place a large family that needs the extra space and rooms. You can also opt to have all common areas fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is on site. Please come tour the home and neighborhood for yourself!

We will consider small pets (under 20 pounds). Renter is responsible for utilities. Agreements are for 12 months and we will consider taking the security deposit in smaller payments (i.e. $500 a month for 3 months) if that's easier. We cover landscaping, but will consider taking a portion off rent every month if you'd like to take on the task (we supply all new landscaping equipment, including a sit down mower). We also can provide a full stocked kitchen and fully furnished common areas (kitchen, porch, back deck, etc.) for a small fee.
