This is a 1980 double wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Showers in both bathrooms. The carpet in the living room and master bedroom were replaced 1 year ago. New kitchen cabinets 5 years ago. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove were replaced 7 years ago. The subflooring has been replaced. Laminate flooring in kitchen and dining room. Fresh ceiling paint, screened lanai, shed 10x20. Additionally, on the right side of the carport there is room to put an RV pad for extra parking.
12/12/2022 - In December 2022 the Alligator Park Board of Directors has approved the addition of a 12 foot pad next to lot 29 in order to park additional vehicle. or trailer.
All hurricane repairs completed, carport and gutters complete.
