Monthly rent-$1190.00; Security deposit - $1180.00. Some of our qualification standards include: Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security card/number. Applicant must have verifiable income that is greater than 3x's the monthly rental fee. Applicant must receive positive references for the last 5 years, No evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords. Credit score must be a minimum of 600, but a bad credit score will not prevent you from renting a home. Compensating factors can include a higher deposit or paying multiple month's rent in advance. By calling/texting, you give consent to receive text responses. Be careful of fraud we do not advertise on Facebook or Craigslist. Do not give money to anyone prior to signing lease.

Tenant pays for Electric, Gas, Water and Trash. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance. A 24 month lease is preferred, but a 18-month lease is an option.
