Description

Complete renovation of this turn-of-the-century home with 1,428 square feet. This home was rebuilt from the original hardwood studs to roof. The oak foyer and fireplace hearth were built with reclaimed wood from a High Style Victorian home once located in Richmond, Indiana. The built-in book cases in the living room were crafted from class room lockers salvaged from Dayton's old Huffman School Building. A piece of trim on the staircase is scrap, discarded during the renovation of the Wright Brothers Print Shop. The laundry room doors once graced the Mead Estate of Oakwood! The claw foot tub in the second level bath is original to the house & was resurfaced to extend its useful life. The front porch was rebuilt in a period appropriate Victorian style. The Energy Star windows & furnace & insulation make this an energy efficient home...saving the homeowner in utility costs. Special financing available to qualified buyer...appx. monthly payment of $750/PITI (30-yr fixed mortgage).

  • Barbara H.
"parents should be more involved in the schools and keep them busy doing school work, sports, arts, band and be involved with their children and what they're doing. it's hard at times but our children need these things. "
  • Valerie H.
"People are friendly with dogs. I’ve only ever had an issue with people letting their dogs bark a lot"
  • Brandyjones1918
"Hoping to find a house in the area, need out of this Apt due to inconsiderate neighbors. Have noticed that people in three neighborhoods are friendly and wave when you drive by. In the area we are in there neighborhoods are kept"
  • Heather M.

  • Kelly D.

"I love West Carrollton because I grew up here. The school is good I didn’t graduate from WCHS but the graduation almost everyone had college credits and were doing good things but the neighborhood on the police station and j&k side is full of hood rat kids that used to break into peoples car and steal stuff from people 🤷🏻‍♀️"
  • Cloob E.
"I personally frequently take my dog on walks, never had any issues. Run into many other dog owners often as well. "
  • Shireen Mason
"There is good police and fire protection. Usually quite. The is public transpotion, the 18 and the 24. Close to I-75&675. The dayton mall and other shopping. Is close by. Otherwise the city of west carrollton is a good area to live in."
  • AutumnReed
"Easy. I 75 is a minute away both north and south. Also short distance to I 675. This area is right between Miamisburg and centerville. "
