A piece of trim on the staircase is scrap, discarded during the renovation of the Wright Brothers Print Shop. The laundry room doors once graced the Mead Estate of Oakwood! The claw foot tub in the second level bath is original to the house & was resurfaced to extend its useful life. The front porch was rebuilt in a period appropriate Victorian style. The Energy Star windows & furnace & insulation make this an energy efficient home...saving the homeowner in utility costs.
