They both have two 5 BR 3.5 BA homes
Two are rented to families for $1800 per month where they pay the utilities
Two are room rentals for local blue collar workers
Each small rooms are for $625x3=$1875
Each En Suites are for $850x2=$1700
So each shared homes bring in $3575/month
The electric is about $350 and Water/sewer trash is about $125 making the total utilities less than $500
So the net is about $3100/month
Small home is $850/month which will be torn down in the end when we build the duplex there.
