I am estimating ownership of this unit to be roughly $2150 a month. This includes taxes, condo fees, and mortgage (with 20% down) it does not include utilities and maintenance of the interior. Conveniently located on the first floor, this unit was partially updated recently. As you enter the condo you'll notice its charm right away. Tile floors throughout the entire home as well as wainscoting on every wall. The kitchen has updated cabinets and the bathroom has been updated as well. Tile floors, glass fish bowl sink, and glass shower are some of the features of this gorgeous bathroom. The condo fee is very inexpensive and covers the water, and use of the washer and dryer. Also onsite is an outdoor shower as well as a storage bin for beach chairs and beach toys. This unit will not last long!! Don't miss your chance to own a piece of the greatest shore town there is!!
