"Wild Rose is a wonderful community with a lot going for it. Highly rated schools, a wonderful library, and a great sense of civic and community pride. There is a very active Kiwanis club as well as a very active Lions and Lionesses club. The area is dotted with 17 lakes, class A trout streams, and the county is one of the last to allow rifle hunting for deer. There are groomed snowmobile trails and a ski/tubing,boarding hill. The county roads are wonderful for bicycling, running and motorcycling, and are generally well cared for. Every year the community hosts various events, the largest two being Wild Rose Days, which is held the 4th weekend in July, and the Wild Rose Classic Car Show, which is held in October. Come live in a beautiful area with friendly people and excellent resources. "
