It is a 10-12 minute drive from all major attractions St. Augustine has to offer and a 5 minute drive to Publix Grocery Store.

House is currently occupied and cannot be toured. House tours will be available in June date to be determined as renters give me their final notice.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside.
Renter is responsible for all utilities.
First month and security deposit due at signing.
One small pet allowed up to 50lbs. More than one pet owner must approve.
A maximum of 2 guests are allowed to stay 10 days in a 6 month period.
Rent is due on the 1st and no later than the 5th. A late fee of $100.00 will be applied if rent is received after the 5th.
A residential lease will be provided with additional and pertinent information for tenant and landlord to sign.
