This restorative Wisconsin hideaway is only a two-hour drive to the Twin Cities, and 16 miles from the nearest town of Spooner.
The comfortable, fully furnished 2-level four-season home has forced-air heating throughout, which can be enhanced by the wood stove in the family room. A master suite shares the lower level, for quiet, cozy nights. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, and a light-filled living room with scenic views of the lake and woods. Bed and bath linens are provided. Firewood provided. Garbage service, electric, and wifi provided; installation of large screen TV is negotiable with a 2-month lease. You pay propane bill for heat and range, and snow-plowing of driveway if needed. Discounts given for 6- or 12- month lease. Pets allowed if approved by owner.
Leases can be month-to-month with two weeks notice. Six-month and twelve-month leases earn a discount of $100 per every six-months leased. Electric, wifi, garbage removal is paid for. Water is from a well. Renter is responsible for propane gas costs for heating, cooking, and hot water heater. Propane tank is refilled as needed (every other month in winter) and billed $250-$300 at delivery. A snow removal service can be recommended to plow the driveway if desired for a fee of around $60 per visit.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

High School could have had better communication in the Special Education with regular Ed teachers like Science, Math, and English in terms of being on the same page with one another.
