The septic system is a 1000 gallon tank with plenty of lateral lines so you should never have issues. All of the utility systems have been professionally installed by licensed contractors. Nothing is cobbled up here. This property is accessed via excellent paved county roads to within a mile and half of the property, with that last part a good gravel county road.
