If the sun never shined for 3 days, there would still be enough power to run everything in the cabin, including the mini-split heat and air conditioning. Water is provided from a new 300' deep very good water well that flows 8 gallons per minute. All the water you can use. The septic system is a 1000 gallon tank with plenty of lateral lines so you should never have issues. All of the utility systems have been professionally installed by licensed contractors. Nothing is cobbled up here. This property is accessed via excellent paved county roads to within a mile and half of the property, with that last part a good gravel county road. This place is a lot of bang for your buck. Although it is very easily access and in an excellent location, it is very well hidden behind the Horseshoe Ridge.
