Water heater was replaced in 2009. New side screen door, flooring on basement steps (same as kitchen) switched electrical panel over from fuses and HVAC new blower and motherboard and switches was recently done too. Seller is including all kitchen appliances and 1 year home warranty through Americas Preferred.
