- Responsible, working professional
- Considerate, clean, and respectable
- Non-smoking/drug-free
- No fur babies (Sorry! I love animals, but I do not want to deal with the maintenance. Caged/Tanked animals are okay though.)
- Preferably someone who is environmentally friendly
- You must be able to pass an external (National Tenant Network) background check which is covered by the one time administration fee

Preference to longer leases. Short term leases are available for a higher rate.
