All remodeled including pool. Upstairs bathroom is 2 separate sinks. I will post more pics. So 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Then 1 smaller room. Plus attic floored. 2 car garage. Master bedroom n bathroom jacuzzi tub n shower. His n her sinks. All bathrooms have Bluetooth fans. So much more. I would prefer to sell with a lot of the furniture n mowers, tools, dishes. Ready to go. Broken Arrow School district. Wagoner County. Rural water. Septic. Adrs was changed to 28671 e 61st s but shows 28609. I will get more pics of everything. Roof 7 yrs old will Not deal with realtor I have one if I decide to use one. Will use my title n attorney. I don't need that either. So if a true family or real buyer that wants to use it as investment fine. But I am not dealing with anything other then selling my home. I am not financing. Either someone wants my beautiful home or great you don't. Thank you for looking. The scams on here is terrible. The house has closed in large porch but doesn't count in Sq ft
