The 20 acres is high and dry and goes up in elevation as you go deeper into the property from the camp. The total elevation gain is 60 feet. The river channel is narrow and has a steep bank, steeper the deeper you go into the property. The forest is half maple and half mixed with other hardwoods and pines. While walking the acreage I flushed grouse and saw plenty of wildlife trails. There is an RV electric/water hookup as well.
