    "This is a nice centrally located semi-rural area - about 10 miles one way to Brownsville and about the same distance the other way to Harlingen. Great shopping and recreation in both these cities. Drive about 15 minutes and you are at the beach (SPI). Great place for families with children - not much traffic and not much noise. The Los Fresnos school system is very highly rated. Or, if you're looking for a quiet area for a retirement home, this is the place! We retired and bought a home here about 2 years ago and love it!"
