Room Description

New construction 2-storey, 3 bedroom and 2-and-a-half-bathroom townhome. Cozy, spacious bedroom on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom (only sharing with one other person if there's a third renter).

The townhome comes with a fully functional washer and dryer. There's also a 1-car garage for extra charge, but the driveway can hold up to 2 compact cars. There is a parking lot right behind the townhome as well.

Note: the living and dining rooms are furnished. This has a nightstand and lamp (if you don't want any those items, they can be moved out so just let me know). Kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, but these can also be removed if not needed.

6 months minimum lease with up to 12-month lease. Renewal is subject to care of the room and home, availability, and overall review.

For shorter lease terms, can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No smoking allowed in or around the home. For repairs, if a renter is responsible for any damage, then they will need to cover the cost of the repair.

For decor, be mindful of holes in the wall. Small holes are preferred (e.g. thumbtack size holes)
