  • Amayresxo
"The parades and the Easter egg hunting at the park. Trick or treating all over town. Close community. Everyone knows everyone. All my family lives here. "
  • Nblbmx890
"I love Nipomo its in the middle of multiple bigger cities so commute time is pretty minimal, i drive an average of 30 miles each way"
  • Aaron R.
"Except for the main st. “Tefft” and other major areas the streets in the neighborhoods are dark if not black w/ poor visibility. Probably why trick or treating isn’t very popular or safe here. "
  • eh
"i drive my car ... vons shopping center is nearby and a good sized mexican market on corner of orchard and division..."
  • S. Sullivan
"Great walk ways with nice landscaping as well as poop stations to keep it clean. Many people like walking their dogs and are very well behaved. "
  • Kim
"very nice neighbors. great place to live. good local grocery store. safe neighborhood. great bike trails"
  • Wayne J
"This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors but also respectful of your privacy."
  • Audra F.
"If you love horses this is a great place to be. The people are friendly and the neighbors are usually nice. "
  • Jim93444
"Fairly easy close to freeway and! Most days ready to get to work quick which is 25 miles away This is a small town is about 20,000 people and had a small town atmosphere "
  • Ffarmchicken
"Very quiet, great neighbors, no crime, no graffiti, no homeless bums. Very few rentals in this area. Everyone minds their own business. Most neighbors are retired working people. Nobody moves, so lots of long time homeowners here. Overall, a safe neighborhood."
  • Bbca1316
"been in this area for 32 years so I know all neighborhoods very well. Nipomo is a very safe and nice area to live with great weather . "
  • Apanzardi
"We moved here because its rural, but after having children and not having sidewalks it is not exactly a perfect family place unless you like driving your kids everywhere. The privacy is great, but again, its nothing like living in the burbs where you can walk safely to the store on a sidewalk on a busy street. But, I will say they love it here and if you want mellow, then this is totally the place for you. Horse and pet friendly!"
  • David C.
"Quiet, Safe, Serene best neighborhood in the area"
  • blackfootmedia
"Nice area to live great neighbors and a community park for everyone to enjoy"
  • sooz_weissberg
"I live here. This parcel was original 20 Acres, and this is one of the lot splits. We are back from the main road so are away from traffic. Our pets can go out in the yard without our worry that a car will hit them. We're away from the sound of traffic, as well. "
  • Dennis
"Nipomo CA is a small community near the coast and it enjoys the best weather in the US . This property is very special."
  • Srude105
"2 blocks of the New CHC Medical Clinic - Nipomo Park- Dana Elementary and Nipomo Library ... Neighbors in our area are law enforecement -professionals and decent people- had one home break in back in 2010 "
