Three bedroom bungalow with one bathroom.
The house does have some minimal work that still needs to be finished.
We gutted the kitchen down to the studs and redid the kitchen so the kitchen is new.
it will need the flooring we tore it up so it’s ready for new floor and some finishing edges on drywall in kitchen and attach the new faucet to the new farmhouse sink.



We also gutted the bathroom and it’s new!
The home has a brand new central furnace. They did not install the ductwork so that will have to be finished. You also can install a central air conditioner if you wish.

The neighborhood is very quiet

The basement has two bedrooms if you wish to use them as bedrooms, office, extra living room whatever you choose.
 one bedroom has drywall and new flooring.
 The other room has a new flooring and it is just sectioned off so you’ll have to add drywall if you wish to use it for another room. 2x4 already in place

So the house could potentially be a five bedroom if you needed the space.

Currently, one of the bedrooms in the basement is used as a bedroom spare , and the other one is used as my workshop for my business for bath and body products.
