I have seen that children who do well academically aren’t really recognized , instead it’s the opposite for those who don’t. My child’s teacher is great but I believe she lacks support from the school leaders. The classes on beginner levels are overcrowded for one teacher and this year they started with 3 kinder classes , too many kids for one teacher . The school added one more class to kinder but later to find out it was because teachers spoke up. It makes me question if they really care at all.
