Avon elementary worse, much better supported and staff are understandable, listen to parents/students needs.Now in middle school, many staff members have been changed include superintending, and Director special needsIt is unbelievable difficult to communicate with couldn’t staff. Lack of communication, not responding to emails for days.One of the goals hasn’t been accomplished for three years. When we point out this third-party company does not provide great services to school.Super attending responded that they have been provided outstanding servicesThis is year three the same goal this company has been provided services to Avon school. As a parent, I had dispute with the owner of this company and asked to reassign my son to other OT and was told it is impossible because School has only contract with this particular company. Magically is only one company available to provide to Avon school servicesThe owner of the company hired her daughter who is assigned to my son case. My son is getting outside services and relying on them for his progressIf you want your child to progress, you have to have outside services They fight you to the tease for every single thingThe woman who is in charge of special services is emotionally not stable. Her emails are rude and not supportive.She does provide rational for district decision. She wants to have upper handed with parents of special needs kids.We live in a very expensive neighborhood where we bought House thinking that we’re gonna stay here and raise our familyNow we consider to move back to east side and join Orange County for School, which is the best school in Ohio and Nationwide high ranking not like this one.
