I'm going into 7th grade and I don't recommend sending your kids here. I only truly liked around two of my actual teachers because in most classes the way they teach is mostly work packets, and copying notes nothing that actually ingages students, and in the cafeteria the food is bad and they'll serve spoiled milk cartons if you don't check the date, there's also a lot of fights.

I have 3 children that currently attend this school. The teachers, staff and administration have been excellent! My 2 boys have been going here since Pre-K and they are in 3rd and 4th. They are thriving here. Don’t listen to those very old reviews from 2012. I’m pretty sure none of the same people still work there from 2012.

This school is on the come-up! My children have attended a school in another nearby county that had an excellent reputation, however neither of my kids enjoyed their time there, in spite of being very involved in sports and extra curricular activities. This is our first year at MAHS and I could not be more impressed with the teachers, administrators, coaches, and students. It is truly a welcoming atmosphere. I proudly wear purple and black
