The dining area is furnished with a stylish Blue Dot dining table, 6 dining chairs and a 55 inch TV placed at a large window that fully opens and overlooks the front yard and the peaceful neighborhood. 3-piece folding dining set with a table and 2 chairs is available for small kids dining and playing.

The living area is furnished with a CB2 sleeper sofa, an armchair and a 65 inch Smart Sony TV. The TV is setup with HBO Max, ESP, CNN, Fox Sports, NBC and ABC for free streaming and fun. The living area fully opens to the expansive landscaped backyard that seamlessly connect the inside to the outdoor space for a truly indoor/outdoor experience.

The backyard is furnished with a white dining table and 6 dining chairs and an umbrella for outdoor dining and working. There is a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The large backyard allows space for exercising, playing around, and enjoying the sunny sky and the ocean breeze. There is a garden fountain vase for additional tranquility. You will be at staying at the heart of Venice and you can walk to the beach, the Venice Pier, the Marina Del Rey Harbor and the restaurants and shops. You can bike or skate on Marvin Braude Bike Trail, or as locals call it "The Strand." This 22-mile route starts at Will Rogers State Beach in Pacific Palisades and along the coast to Torrance County Beach. You can get on this beach trail from Venice pier and enjoy the beach while biking and skating. There are bike rentals available in the neighborhood for your convenience.
